Ces courts exercices de musculation sont appel\u00e9s WOD  (Workout of the Day).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un programme de Cross Training s\u00e9duira autant des hommes que les  femmes. Il permet de renforcer l&rsquo;endurance, le d\u00e9veloppement musculaire,  la puissance et la force.
